Ihop

The food is delicious at IHOP, especially the pancakes. The wait was long due to the restaurant being understaffed but the staff was courteous and did a good job of moving the crowd along. Our waitress was so impressive by remembering our entire order, including customized requests, and there were no errors in anything we ordered!

Very friendly staff and easy check in process. Order was taken quickly. Reason for my one star review is the food was absolutely terrible. Hash browns were sitting in a puddle of grease and were inedible, omelette had almost raw bacon and stuffed with the same greasy burnt potatoes that we also received as a side. Kitchen staff don’t use gloves. Which is crazy considering the kitchen is completely visible when you walk into the restaurant. Waitress was a sweetheart and caught on that we did not enjoy our breakfast and took it off the bill. What blew me away was even she knew it was bad and said “sorry sometimes we have different cooks so that’s probably why the food came out the way it did.” Unfortunately the good service is not enough to convince me to return here. Hopefully that changes with some proper training and better management.

Besides the nice waitress who was friendly and gave good service I had a few problems. There was a hair in my food which I included a photo. Also the bathrooms had water all over the floor like one of the toilets was overflowing? My son who is 3 years old slipped and fell on it so I feel like the staff does not care about customers safety at all! Avoid this place because I will never come back to this IHOP ever again!

Place was unclean. Short staffed. Food on the floor/grease/paper - the Pancakes were good but the eggs tasted bad/chalky and bacon was not good/fatty. The server didn’t notice the huge hair in the toast when she served it. I was glad she was quick to bring the check so we could leave. I won’t go back to any IHOP after this. We felt gross a few hours after we left from the grease we ate.

My first time at any IHOP in my entire life. Actually not as bad as I thought it would be as a chain restaurant. The waiter was actually really welcoming and had a warm presence about him. Definitely felt like he was serving family. I was hung over as all hell but it was an unexpected experience.

This restaurant is absolutely filthy. The floor, the tables, even the coffee thermos on the table was dirty. Can you imagine what the kitchen must look like? Luckily, it took a little time for a server to greet us so we left unharmed. There’s no excuse for A filthy restaurant. You would think a national chain would have certain standards to uphold but apparently not. I can never go to any IHOP ever again.
