Even thou it's a fast food chain, City Barbeque has good food. The place is clean, you order at the counter and then you can sit down and eat. The brisket was good, nothing special. Sides are average and service is ok.
Good local feel, I was visiting cincinnati, glad this is where I stopped here for lunch. Food is good for what it is
Absolutely the best BBQ place on Earth! Love the half chicken and potato salad! I will not go anywhere else for this. They will always be my favorite! With the leftover chicken I get. I make chicken salad out of. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
Excellent. Delicious food, appealing atmosphere, helpful staff, and brilliant service at this location. Liked that they had several different flavors of BBQ to help yourself to. Also, shout out to the employee that gave us a banana pudding dessert since he found out this was our first visit & we came all the way from Wisconsin. We WILL be back!!!
They were out of the pulled pork which was disappointing, but the spicy chicken was excellent and I didn't even know that I liked green beans and bacon
I've dined in here before, but this time I just stopped by for a quick pick-up. They have the best pulled pork barbecue sandwiches around. I was there around noon on a weekday, so it was pretty crowded, but my take out order was ready in less than 5 minutes.
This was the first time we decided not to cook for Thanksgiving. I did my research and salivated at City Barbeque for our Turkey for 8-10 and sides. If I could give everything, especially the Turkey, higher then a 10 I would. This Turkey melted in your mouth, tender and flavorful. The price was very reasonable compared to all the other Tri-state offerings and plentiful portions with the sides. I highly think we’ll be returning next year if we don’t cook. Thank you to all the staff!
Will I come back when I’m in the area, sure! I like the portions and the place has character. Was I wowed, no. The brisket was dry and sausage was basic. The fixins were bland too, as if the food was made by a choice of a business committee where it just was as easy to get the food from a local Kroger and enjoy it the same.
We had a perfect lunch for 12! We had the outdoor seating area to ourselves which was a nice bonus. The pulled pork, brisket, and baked beans were all fantastic. The service was super quick and the staff was great.
Bbq was great, loved the seasoning and side dishes. Their hot sauce goes well with everything in the menu.
