Loved this place! Great drinks & food. Staff are all friendly & attentive. Marie & Blake were also helpful in giving recommendations on things to see & do in the area. We had the Thai Dye Pie, which is very unique but delicious!! The crust is amazing! Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love the food here and the calzones are unreal delicious. However, I feel like the atmosphere is dieing down for the mellow mushroom. It doesn't have what used to be the "Small feel" or anything anymore. Seems to be more corporate driven now, and now and is just not as fun an atmosphere anymore. Fantastic food, but not the place it used To be.

Got right in on a Friday night, granted it was about 4:30. Both of our pizzas were amazing. Our waitress was really on top of everything. Beautiful outdoor seating right off the sidewalk. Would definitely recommend to any pizza lovers and will be back if in the area again.

$51 for a large House Special and a small cheese. Very pricey but very tasty. I don't think this location cooked the crust long enough as it was soggy from the toppings and hard to pick up. But it was still delicious.

We went to 'Art in the Park' at Blowing Rock and chose to get lunch at Mellow Mushroom even if the wait was long. The hostess estimated a wait of 30 minutes but about 10 minutes later we received a text that our table was ready. Yeah!!
We sat on the patio and had 'Great White Pizza' and 'House Salad'. The pizza's toppings included five cheeses. I was afraid that I would miss meat but didn't in the least because the cheese pizza was DELICIOUS! It was probably the best pizza I've ever eaten.
The service and food was great! I highly recommend this Mellow Mushroom.

Comfort food restaurant with plenty of vegan options hidden away by making some substitutions. We tried the pretzel bites, tempeh hoagie (half), and a customized pizza. While the pretzel bites were delicious, it wasn't pretzel dough, more like pizza dough bites coated in cornmeal. The half hoagie was still huge and stuffed so I would say plenty of food for most. The pizza was good, a fairly thick and heavy cornmeal crust with generous toppings. Excellent service

My trip to Mellow Mushroom was nothing less than 'Far Out!' 😎🍕🌈 The pizza and pretzel bites with Pabst Blue Ribbon beer cheese were simply divine 🤤🍻🧀
