Oh man delicious food! Salmon burger on ciabatta, chicken sandwich on ciabatta, cranberry walnut salad...just Heaven! Great customer service!

I never left a review on google before, but I feel like I have to for this place. It’s small, cozy and the staff is extremely kind! I ordered the breakfast sandwich with all fresh ingredients and my boyfriend ordered the French toast. Both of our meals, including our coffee and lemonade, were super fresh and made us feel great afterwards which is rare to find anymore. Thank you to the ladies working this afternoon for making our day :) we will be back soon and we will tell people all about our experience!

Exquisite, simple fare inexpensively priced. Honestly the best bread I've ever had, I had the vegan BLT and it was lovely, and there were other vegan options. Doug the proprietor LOVES his sprouted bread, has an amazing story, and is a sensational human being.

No real cons. This place is good food is good and it is whole grains which is great and rare. I give in 4 because although food is good it is not exceptional. I do recommend giving them a try though.

Tasty & satisfying food that doesn't make you feel terrible after you eat it!!!! The customer service is amazing. There's usually a soup or some other special, always unique and delicious. I love the veggie bacon!

Had the orange poppyseed flat bread, they r like crisp thin amazing cracker type..felt good eating it even! A little pricey though, $7 for 4 ounces if I remember correctly. Cute Lil shop/cafe, small breakfast and lunch menu, all healthy n wholesome stuff! Cons: No parking..park in parking lots around it w meters, quarters only where I parked. Worker I talked to was very nice! Wish it was more reasonable in price, higher in protein ,no sugar added, and fruits added. Add more products! ;)
