Starbucks

Slow and dirty. There was only one gal working up front taking orders and making drinks. She was working as quickly as she could and doing a great job. I felt bad for her. I could hear someone in the back and wondered why they didn’t come help out up front when there were 7 people waiting in line. Our drinks were good and tasted as they should, but this was probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Overall, just a 3 star rating. “Meh.”

Not only was service extremely slow, but the quality of my drink was also lacking. There were 3 people in the store, including me and I waited for 15 minutes. Not to mention the other two people were already waiting when I ordered. One batista making drinks and three wandering aimlessly around, attempting but failing to look busy. My Frappuccino was nothing more than a cold press with whipped cream slopped on top and dripping down the side of the cup and completely flavorless. Not to mention there was no blended texture to it at all, just a straight gritty drink. Will not go back here again.
