Simply superb customer service! Visiting from out of town and when googling a pizza place, we wanted to try something that wasn’t from a chain and something more local. The guy on the phone was super helpful and friendly. Totally didn’t make me feel like an idiot for asking a bazillion questions. Pizza was delivered during the estimated time which of course was a little bit longer than those chain places but that’s what happens when you order fresh to made. When the pizza did finally arrive...whoa! NOT disappointed at all! So freaking delicious! Y’all need to try it!

The staff was super nice and the place seem pretty upbeat when I stop to pick up my pizza. The only problem was they screwed up my order so they had to remake it while I was there. I wasn’t in a hurry so I didn’t mind too much and the pizza did taste great. Without the weight they would’ve had five stars for sure.

I was fortunate on Friday 17January to meet manager Aston at the Bloomington store. I had trouble with my order and called in to speak to a manager. He listened patiently to my incident about a driver giving me incorrect information and he made my issue whole. Thank you so much for have this quality of managers on site.
