Long John Silver's

Went at about 7PM on a Monday. The drive thru had 3 cars so I decided to go inside. I was the only one inside but it still took them almost 10 minutes just to take my order. There seemed to be enough people working so I'm not sure why. Several times, staff members looked at me, and then just turned around and found something else to do. Maybe they were very busy. Once my order had been taken, it didn't take too long to get my food and it was pretty good. I'd your on a time crunch, I wouldn't recommend. I was almost late to work and I only work a half mile from the restaurant.

The fish had a fishy taste, the fries were cold and awful, the chicken was salty but it was the only thing that was good. I take that back the coleslaw was good also. I was so excited to get Long John Silvers because we don't have one in Clarksville, and everything was ruined. I wasted my money on bad food!

The food & the service was great. The 2 young men that were working on August the 1st had great attitude very kind and good service. But I felt sorry for the employees, Because of the unsafe environment. I seen one of the employees almost fall, because of the floor being slippery with grease. And I seen both employees slipping as they walk, it is very unsafe. They need a rubber mat or something to keep them from sliding & slipping. I also saw a burn mark on the other employs arm, that makes me believe maybe he had slipped and hit the frying equipment. The employees there need safety guards on their arms, to protect them from being burned from the frying equipment. And they need mats on the floor so they won't be sliding and falling because of the frying equipment. If they had the safety equipment they need, the service would be faster.
