I'm writing this review for the sole purpose of recognizing Carlos. We know that our visits to KFC will include either a long wait, food outages, unfriendly workers, or all of the above. This visit we were pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary customer service of Carlos. The things they were out of didn't affect us, but he handled having to tell us very well. I know how difficult delivering the bad news to customers can be and he handled it with a positive attitude. At the window, he met us with a great smile and the same great attitude. When I complimented him, he was very humble and gracious. I left thinking that our current world could use a lot more of his positivity and friendliness. Best customer service we've ever had at a KFC!
The chicken was absolutely cooked perfect! So juicy and moisture and the guy at window was doing job for at least two people and he was handling it very well! People need to get out there to work, workers are needed everywhere! Great experience, only if he hadn't forgot my honey😋 but that was nothing with all he was doing with just him and I believe one other employee! 😁
The chicken was delicious! The biscuits were flaky and had almost that "homemade" taste. The potatoes and gravy were not not as good as usual. They had a "not good instant potatoes" kind of taste. The Mac and cheese was, in my opinion, horrible! The pasta was over cooked and the cheese had a bad powdery taste! Overall, that was the worst part of the meal, and why I gave 4 stars and not 5. Plenty of room for improvement!!
KFC West, Bloomington: Sweet young lady at the drive through was so nice and amazing! I had a large order & called them to let them know and they were prepared to have the order for me early! Hope they have the best day ever!
