You know why they get 5 stars today? Because I had to sit and wait on my car to be fixed. I got no problems from the staff. I ordered 2 drinks, they were too sweet, and I had to order a 3rd, no charge. To top that off, the elderly lady in front of me just had her whole order covered for no reason other than the manager on duty wanted to be nice and wished her a merry Christmas. The manager lady here today has a very sweet, downhome, southern hospitality about her. I simply love her, WHY ON EARTH CAN YOU NOT GET SERVICE THIS WAY ANYMORE ANYPLACE IN THE COUNTRY?? Thank you!

Ordered big Mac through drive thur. Waited for it to be made. Recieved a ice cold burger with cheese, not melted and rock hard stale bun. Went in to return it and the employee did not ask if they could help me. She just said, what do you need? I showed her and she had another one made. EXACT SAME BIG MAC!! Cold and stale. $5.39

Very rarely do I ever find something to complain about at this McDonald's. This one is far and few between. Are there occasional annoyances? Sure. Is the customer service like Chick-fil-A? No. But I consistently receive the best McDonald's food out of any of the others in Bloomington. Shout-out to Richard! Great deals through the app make everything worth it. I don't go to McDonald's to be treated like a king, I go there to eat mildly questionable nutrients that probably isn't the best for my stomach yet gives me a huge serotonin boost.

I would give less stars if I could.
It's 10:38pm and not a single employee is answering the Drive thru or the phone, I just left and I hope corporate sees this and takes action. Employees outside smoking and standing while a customer is being ignored.

This McDonald's on the south side is coming up. The staff are friendly they try their best to take care of you. Every time I've been there to pick up orders they've nailed it out the park they've had it ready to go every time I've been in there. I really do appreciate that thank you.

The food was good. I used the app and got a discount on my meal. That was nice.

Incompetent. Uncommunicative. 57 minutes from time of paying to get all items. Food was cold. Managers were rude. Don't bother asking them to do something correctly because they can't even figure how to listen to someone the first time. Then when they make a mistake they won't refund their mistake.

I feel bad for the staff. Three people were alone to run the entire restaurant. One guy was walking out, I overheard he wasn't paid. So, three stars, one for each person working there.
