Burger King

I remember working in the Bedford BK hearing good things about this one. Moved to this side of town in August and since then I think I’ve had one singular good experience. A couple trips ago I got a bacon double and the bacon was under the cheese, there were no condiments or pickles. Fries were getting stale. Last time I went I got a completely different sandwich than I ordered, drove back and asked for a replacement and they said “well I HEARD *insert the item I was incorrectly served*”. Got the replacement and I know for a fact that the chicken was past its time to be thrown out, it’s easy to tell if you’ve ever worked fast food. Dudes be making the sandwiches with no mask (despite a mandate), coughing and hacking. I’ve sat at the window just looking at my food sitting on expediting while staff goofed around. Thankfully most of the time I get the food and go home with it, because there’s *always* 1-3 missing condiments. If I were you I’d just go to the south side to get Burger King. BK is dirt-cheap, but the east side BK is a waste of dirt.

Just ordered chicken nuggets, cheesy tots, and a whopper PLAIN with cheese. Came all the way back to the apartment, the nuggets felt as if they had been sitting there for 2 days and the whopper had everything on it. So I think, okay this is annoying but I'll just call. Well I call...I'm not sure who answered but he refused to do anything about the issue. Went back to burger King, they argued about how the sandwich was correct and then said well the receipt was in the bag and unless you have the receipt we can't do anything. They never once gave me a receipt and I think it's awful how I was treated and how unprofessional it is to argue with a customer who was being nothing but calm, cool, and collected with you. So anyone who wants an honest review whether to go to this establishment, my advice is don't unless you want to be disrespected and your food disgusting and made completely wrong. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
