They are very nice and fine 70% of the time. But now it’s just been more times than I can count that they’ve had very unpredictable hours. It always makes me sad to get up earlier than usual to get coffee before work just to find they decided not to open until 9 or 10 am that day. It’s too convenient a location to not try though. I hope they get it sorted out soon!

This is by far the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. Me and a lot of guests have been waiting 15 plus minutes for orders and it is unacceptable.

Might as well be crack in a cup....lol. Expensive, addicting, and as usual absolutely phenomenal (well... Cracks gross so I guess it's not like crack lol). TRY MY SPECIAL DRINK!!!

This has been the slowest Starbucks I have ever went to I was in line for over 10 min they take one order at a time get that car all the way thru the line before they take next order. I dont know if it short staffed but this is the worst Starbucks ever.

I prefer local cafes, but we come here occasionally for the peppermint lattes, and mochas. Starbucks has the least pretensious baristas, always pleasant.

Over worked employees, expected to appear fresh and spunky for minimum wage. Have you seen what these people have to put up with? I blame 1/4th of the customers for the stress and anxiety that job creates.
Stop paying it forward, and start paying the workers!

Barista was extremely helpful, drink was good. I didn't pay attention and got a refresher instead of lemonade - but otherwise a good trip.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks location in Bloomington, but it is getting worse and worse lately. The drive thru line is ALWAYS ridiculously long, and they’re rarely offering mobile order pick up or in-store ordering. It’s different every single day. I never know what to expect when I go here. I understand the entire world is struggling with staffing issues, but to me, it would make more sense to have the inside open. No one wants to wait 45+ minutes in a drive thru everytime they want coffee. This place lacks consistency. I don’t experience this issue with any of the other Starbucks shops in Bloomington. Whoever is running this place - please stop shutting off your mobile ordering every other day. It’s quite frankly very annoying.
