Another sandwich shop just like the others. There are too many of these styles of sandwich shops that all taste the same. Price wise for the location is the only attractive thing I can see here. Please Potbelly, make something unique in the future.

On a whim my coworkers and I decided to try Potbelly. I'm 100% certain that we now are in love with this place! The service was fast and friendly. The sandwiches are so so good! It costs a bit more than other sandwich shops in the area but it is worth the price!

disappointed. apparently you have to read off every ingredient that goes on their premade sandwich options. i got the avo turkey. i asked to add lettuce and ranch and said everything else it comes with was fine. it only came with turkey, ranch, and lettuce. it had so much potential to be good… buy definitely missed the mark. may try it again in the future.
