The coffee is what keeps me coming back. The food, especially the donuts, at all Dunkin's have really gone downhill over the last decade to the point where I can easily pass it up. This specific location lately is well staffed and quick with orders. The staff are mostly friendly too.

I was in Bloomington today to pick up some stuff for work and my wife wanted a coffee with some pumpkin flavor. We stopped about 4:30 in the drive thru and placed our order. We pulled up to the window paid and added a small tip. The girl at the window was extremely grateful and thanked us. Not even 2 minutes later the barista came to the window with a huge smile and handed out my wife's drink, thanked us and let us know he made this drink. We both had a good laugh and thanked him. My wife loved her drink and would go back next time we're town.

Drive thru for iced coffee was quick Love their iced coffee! In the past dining in with a large crowd we had to wait a ling time for a Baskin Robbins dish to be prepared- I don't believe it was the employees fault. That was 1 time

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I go in for my daughter when there's a long line at drive-thru. The donuts always look fresh and beautiful. I purchased a gift card for my daughter as she used to go to Starbucks, but discovered Dunkin for way less and just as yummy!!
