Usually fast and prompt service at the drive-thru. Unusually clean interior when dining in this is probably one of the best Arby's in the Champaign area.

Favorite fast food restaurant unless I'm craving a Blizzard! Absolutely love to meat options. Service is always great. Only wish one could dine in. All that's currently available is drive thru.

Arby's roast beef and specialty sandwiches are the best, but check you bags before leaving if you're carrying out. 3 out of the last 5 orders were filled improperly. And that's annoying if discovered after you're home. The help seems to change often, but the food is supremely good.

Love eating here! Really enjoy the curly fries! Not as cheap as McDonald's. But i always get what I'm paying for! If i get a beef classic always loaded with meat and cheese and sauce! Never disappointed!! Definitely a go to food place! For warm fresh nade to order!!

Tonight's food and service were top notch! So pleased they've returned home-style fries to their menu (I don't care for the seasoned curly fries) after removing them from the menu for several months. I was also very happy to see they've replaced Pepsi products with Coke--my personal favorite! I also appreciate the regular meal deal for a regular roast beef combo is discounted to $5! I used to choose Arby's 1 or 2 times a week for about 8-9 years until the menu changes, struggling food quality and constantly raising prices. I'm glad to be able to come back for the basics and appreciate their renewed focus on improving what had become problem issues. I will say I don't care for all their experimental higher priced gourmet sandwiches --stay refocused on doing the basics to your best ability and you'll win back a customer base you failed in the past --like me.

Even though they were very busy. I believe the gentleman that took my order was a manager and he was very polite. He was running drive thru and front counter.. then there was a young lady who brought my food to me.. she was very polite as well.. thank you for the experience... you guys were amazing...
