Best McDonald's in the Bloomington/Normal area. Very happy with the fast service!
Today, 2/12/18, I brought my 2.5 year old and my 4 month old in around 10:40am. We came to get my son a Happy Meal. We had the door opened for us by an employee, and another came to our table to take our order. For a mom with two littles- It is very appreciated. Those acts go a very long way! Thank you
I haven't been to the Oakland location in awhile but happen to be in the area and was hungry so my daughter and I made a stop. It was around noon when we entered the location. The restaurant was about more than halfway full and cars in the drive thru. However ordering was a breeze there was one person ahead of me and I was able to place my order within minutes and we received our food within about 5-7 minutes within that time. Food was hot and exactly to our specifications. We sat down and ate and was on our way in less than 30 mins. It was a pleasant experience and one we enjoyed.
I’ve never been to a better McDonald’s in the state of Illinois. They always have my food hot and ready. Very nice ladies. They get the job done and they deserve a raise!!! First shift early morning thru the afternoon.
The drive thru girl Haley, had such a nice and positive attitude. The food itself was better than I expected and I got mines pretty fast. Solid job to the employees overall.
Kids had fun, they brought my food to the table. Super sweet lady working at the register.

This location is always really clean. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Service is also super quick.
Drive thru ladies were both kind. Had to be pulled around the building to wait for fresh food but they forgot the sauce for the nuggets 🤦🏽♀️
Went thru the drive thru very soon after they opened. The cashier was doing everything (short staffed) but still managed to smile. Thank you!
Had a great experience. Came with a group and all our food came pretty quickly. Fries were on point! Big Mac bun was slightly dry and my only complaint. The play place is amazing. Areas for big and little kids and very clean. We had 6 kids aged 1 to 7 and all had a great time.
