So I don't normally do this but I do beleive that the potbellies in bloomington off a veterans parkway deserves this shout out!! They have the best customer service that I have seen in along time and want to thank them. It's one thing to have good food but when your customer service is just as good that means alot! Thank you! :) :) :)
Potbellies has a new soup. It's called "Chicken Pot Pie" it is absolutely the best. Try that with a chocolate shake chaser, it can't be beat.
Kayla runs a great restaurant. Every time I go in there, it’s a warm welcome and makes me come back to that store specifically. I really don’t go to Potbelly at any other place than the one in Bloomington Normal. Thanks Kayla.
Love the ambience of the restaurant, friendly staff, love their flats specially Mediterranean flat and soups are too good too !
The 3 people working were wonderful. They all were smiling, attentive and very friendly! The food was delicious. Management better keep this Sunday crew! Would give a 5, but I hate paper straws.LOL.

Came during lunch rush today and I haven’t been in forever but not only was the team working so well together to keep the line moving, but the guy taking orders (he had pink hair) was absolutely phenomenal. The customer service was so above and beyond and made my day.
We’ve always had great service and food from here. Tonight we had our dinner delivered, and a couple milkshakes were left out from our order. I called expecting to just get a credit, but the manager had someone run them out to us right away, and threw in a couple cookies! Made my 4 year old happy, and I was impressed with their response. Excellent service, thank you!!
Stopped in n for dinner tonight and the team did a great job making our sandwiches and shakes! Half price shakes this weekend with Potbelly Perks, can’t beat their food and deserts, always great! Thanks!
Some of my friends told me about how good this place was, so I had to try it for myself. They were right! Nice hot sandwiches that aren't too overstuffed but with plenty of flavor. Soups and salads to go with it and even some milkshakes for dessert. It is a bit pricey in my opinion but still worthy of a 5 star rating.
I love coming here for the BLT and spicy chips! the prices are great and the staff is very friendly. They have a great selection of soups and their pickles are delicious. They make your order in a very timely manner and their selection of drinks are unique.
Ordered from ActiveMenus while in the hospital. Ordering was very simple, food was delivered very quickly. Potbelly’s includes plenty of utensils and packed my food to keep my warm food hot and my salad cold. 10/10
Potbelly's is one of those chain restaurants that tries really hard to pretend they're not a chain. The food is usually good quality, the selections are nice. Their employees, though, is where they're different. I don't know if it's just our restaurant or if it's true of the whole chain, but the employees actually seem to enjoy their jobs and they're really friendly and helpful.
