I travel a lot and experience Starbucks locations all around the country. As a professional sales team builder I often observe how people interact with their customers.
A young man (barista) greeted me so remarkably well at this Starbucks. It’s a baseline to get the order right at Starbucks, but I’ve often found that the quality of service fluctuates based on location and local culture. This young man did it right in every way.

The service is always pretty quick and the vanilla frap with extra Carmel drizzle never misses. Also the coffee cake is pretty delightful.

Went in and grabbed a classic caramel frappauccino. They were slammed inside and out and it took a bit. No problem at all. Very good. Cost was free for my birthday thru the app.

Took a good 40 min in drive through. Which tbh would of been fine but my frozen beverage was not only melted but hot when i got it. Cant imagine how long it sat before i got it. All employees at all the Starbucks I’ve been to in my travels have been nothing but amazing. Starbucks still has a few kinks to work out with their ordering process. This location is always busy. As it should be. Its a great location and has amazing employees. The company needs to get on the ball with how they do orders. Not the location or the employees but the company. Since rating the company isnt an opinion on google maps im left with rating the location as I’m sure they are doing what they are told I think this is a starbucks glitch.

Why does Starbucks insist on locations that are in small little strip malls. You have no place to park and if you wait in the drive through line you end up blocking traffic. The staff were very helpful though and were as quick as they could be with how busy the place was.

I typically don’t get Starbucks, but today, I did. Pulled through the drive thru and Thomas took my order. And can’t describe how incredibly nice he was. Usually, It’s a get what you order and are rushed off, but he allowed me to take my time to order and was approachable than the other employees that I’ve had in the past. The total was 18 dollars even and I gave the change (which was only $2…) as a small tip. I got 2 small drinks and 1 large and they all came out very fast, especially compared to past encounters. As I waited, we had a small conversation about how we start our day off with a Pmkn Crm Cb! It’s most definitely an excellent way to start my afternoon! Nothing but smiles from him and even got a “have a good rest of your day,” which I’ve never gotten from anyone from this particular Starbucks location. Just wanted to thank Thomas for making my day.
