Burger King

I used to love Burger King. Now their service and food is inadequate. Not what I’m used to growing up. Less meat and their burgers. Now, I thought I was losing it. Others have told me they have experienced the same feeling. Why is Burger King becoming so cheap with their beef? Do we need to be going to Wendy’s? Lol. I don’t know, haven’t been there in a while. I’m sure this Burger King is just a franchise. Hence the fact that they sucked. Therefore, we can’t expect any positive changes in the future. #BurgerKing

This was the Worst absolutely worst. I absolutely love BK and as a former employee (like 20 years ago) I have certain expectations. First of all I had to pull to the side so someone can bring my food when I was the only one in the drive through. There was nothing flamed or broiled about my whopper. Very dissapointed smdh

Bad service at the register. Soda was watery and I complained to the manager. Who then with a attitude changed the syrup on the machine. Afterwards the soda was still watery didn’t prepared the machine the right way. Also the machine didn’t even have ice and didn’t care to refill it. Bad service I repeat never again will I go there.

Idk if it is me or if the location is that bad. First i order a milkshake with oreos a few months ago and I hear from the lady's chat with others that they ran out of oreos but they never told me anything and gave me a plain chocolate milkshake.. they didnt even have the courtesy to tell me they ran out of it.. just handed me a plain chocolate milkshake. Their sodas are super thin and has more carbonated water than the flavor, I customize sandwiches in the app and not once have they followed instructions. Finally I order the ghost pepper nuggers and I get plain nuggets.. that too.. after waiting 5 minutes in the parking lot for "freshly made" nuggets drenched in oil.. idk what they think about the customers but I now know why they don't have anyone in their drive through while the wendy's have a crazy line going on. I don't usually write negative reviews because I always feel it is a one off but these guys are consistently messing up orders.

We went to the burger king at 5:15 and ordered 2 whoppers, milkshakes, and fries. We were charged 24 dollars. We asked for the recipt and they were rude about getting it. We realized we only had 1 order of fries. So we checked the receipt to see if we were charged for 2. Turns out they gave us the wrong receipt. We calculated what we ordered and we were over charged. Over all rude service not happy. Stay away from this Burger King location!!😡

Im not impress with burger king at this branch. How hard is it to serve a hot burger. Thats what i didn't get a hot beef burger .its amazing how fast food has cause a chain like the king of burger to be served cold - warm. All restaurant likes this need to up there business game and food service. Can Burger King maintain its dominance has 1 in burger , i think the king is a has been. So many people like to wait for a nice burger just because the can see it been made fresh and its served hot. Expensive ? Yes. Its worth the wait. Way to go five guys take the spot.
