Wendy's, in general, has become too expensive. I very rarely eat fast food, so I don't have anything to compare to. $18 for two poorly thrown together burgers, a very, and a Frosty is ridiculous. Fortunately, we always check bags before leaving the drive-thru. There was no spoon for the Frosty. Upon asking, they told us they were out of spoons. I asked how I'm supposed to eat the Frosty and received a very helpful, "I dunno". I said I want my money back if there's no way for me to eat it in the car and got a blank stare from the window. Since I had to drive the conversation, I asked if they had any utensils - even a fork. The person disappeared and somebody else came to the window (I'm assuming this was someone with the title of "Manager"). She tells us they are out of spoons, so we asked how we (or anybody else who orders one) are supposed to eat a Frosty without a utensil. This challenging question was answered this time with a shrug. This advanced thinker was eventually able to hook me up with a fork. Wow. What a crew. This was my second Wendy's visit in over a year and both locations had useless staff. Go Wendy's.

I ordered online to pickup. When I picked up my order and got home, there were so many things wrong. The price I got and paid online was less than what was on my receipt. My account was charged the receipt price. My order contained 2 salads and nuggets. Online I had options for my salad and I chose options which had no additional cost to it but the receipt had $0.60 for each salad option. I ordered 10 piece nuggets and only got 8. This is not the first time I have ordered from this restaurant and my order is totally wrong. I've never written a review or complained to the restaurant but this time I had to. No matter how busy you get, people are paying for their meal and there is no excuse to get it wrong or overcharge. Do better Wendy's.

I used the drive thru and ordered the fish meal. When I got home the fish was way over cooked. DARK DARK BROWN. The sandwich was cool to the taste. I've had this same meal before and it was great. I live to far so going back was not an option. I never received a receipt, just change back .Not happy

Always fresh and delicious I love how you can’t always count of the quality of the food there never changing unlike their competitors (MD,BK,ETC) I will say this I wish the employees had more motivation for working there but once I hear someone with a positive attitude it makes the experience much more pleasant! Everybody loves Wendy’s lol

My order was wrong and the fries were not hot and crispy. Staff was terrible. I don't know why I bother. And 12$ and change for a meal deal nothing extra, please.
