Mcdonald's

This is one of my favorite Micky Dee places to feed my after schoolTeen!! Quick service! Even with the wrap around lines! The double drive thur makes the biggest difference! They really know how to keep it moving! Staff had upbeat and professional mannerisms and they are followed Covid -19 protocols . Food is always hot ! 🔥 definitely will keep this place on my radar.

Stopped in today for some milk shakes. Terrible!!!! Also ordered #4a Chicken sandwich w/fries. I had to repeat myself several times.My order finally came and it was wrong. He ordered 3 shake's and I only ordered 2! It did not seem if they wanted to correct my order to 2, plus he was upset when I requested a bag? So the Manager came over and asked why I wanted a bag. I said it was for the meal I ordered. He said I didn't need another bag. But why was he arguing over a bag...... Didn't make any sense. They made me wait for over 7 minutes and did not come back until I started honking my 🤬 horn. People behind me were getting earated. Got home the chicken sandwich and fries were over cooked. I am just hoping they didn't "spit" in my shakes...... I don't stop too often at McD's very much and won't stop there ever again. Some places are getting really bad since the pandemic!!!!!!!! Can't find good help. Black balled for me!!!!!!!

Food is good. But 9 out of 10 times they mess your order. Most of the time you won't get the dippings for your Nuggets. Now, even in the drive true we have to double check our order before we leave the location. I think this is a common problem in almost all the McDonald's locations in Connecticut. Same problem we faced with South Windsor and Manchester McDonald's locations.
