Please have more employees working during operating hours. It’s unacceptable to mobile order 15 minutes in advance and to show up (on time) to wait another 15-20 minutes for that order to be filled. It’s unprofessional and inconsiderate for those on a time crunch. Since the orders are impressively rushed, drinks usually come out aesthetically unpleasant and insulting on the palate. Inconsistent recipes for commonly ordered items is never okay. Get it together! Starbucks does not fulfill its high standards at this particular location. It’s definitely in need of new management. Also, go to West Hartford if you want the “REAL” Starbucks experience. The people there are civilized.

I'm so irritated that they decided to make my drink how they want to and not how it's suppose to be. If you are missing the ingredients that are needed for the drink, then they should communicate that to the customer! The "customer" is the one to decided if they want to proceed with that order. The staff didn't bother to apologize or offer a different drink, hell not even a refund! That's sad customer service. 👎

The customer service at this location has declined drastically. The new baristas are rude and do not care about the quality of the order and order accuracy. They also stare at minority customers as if they are unfamiliar with the Bloomfield demographic and have never been exposed to diversity. It's VERY disturbing. Either fire the workers who are nasty and keep the good ones.... or implement some type of diversity training for dummies and give them one more chance to act like they have sense... They are bad for business. (The only professional and friendly workers, seem to be the male workers who are always pleasant and care about order quality and accuracy.)

Not having the ability to mobile order at the Starbucks on the way to your work is a buzzkill.. especially when they are the only ones who do it right. So please I'm begging you, bring mobile orders back at this location.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My drink tastes different every time& not in a good way, the manager is very sassy and dismissive. They are just the ONLY one in Bloomfield so I’m forced to go when I’m in a rush. But if you want an ACTUAL Starbucks experience this is not it.
