Yesterday I went to the market to buy a card of 120 dollars, they never gave me a refund and I returned for the receipt in 5 minutes because the amount they charged me, I never managed to redeem it, they told me to come back next day to verify that it would be the 15th. / 10/21 and they told me that I will come back next day I hope they will give me back the 120 dollars or there is a rasismo in the store for not understanding English much, try to rob him

The place smells really bad. When I walked in there was packaging material all over the floor, like people were stocking the shelves but didn't bother to throw away the garbage. The floor was grimy and the whole store had a bad smell, like sewer waste. The selection of snacks was also pretty bad. I got out of there as fast as I could. I couldn't understand how anyone could work in such a bad smelling environment.

Usually I love this 7 11. Always kind and courteous. Today I go in and purchase a newspaper and I asked for a jalapeno hot dog. I leave the store and brave trying to get out of the parking lot and when I open my hot dog -there is only the bun!!!! I could not find a place to re park due to crowd so I have been trying to call and no one answers the phone!!!

I have been to a slew of stores and this one is by far, at the bottom of the barrel. The day time staff are pretty pleasant and attentive. The night staff (more specifically the heavy set woman who works nights) Is not familiar with the term customer service!!! many times I have spent my money in this store and I am rarely greeted by her. Her attitude is almost as if she is doing me a favor by servicing me. There have been numerous occasions when I would possess no more than one item and I would be waiting at the counter for minutes at a time because she is straightening up behind the counter. NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHAT SO EVER.!!! Something must be done about this, with much haste.
