Dunkin' Donuts

Every time I order for mobile pick up, I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my order. It doesn’t matter when I place my order, it’s always a 10-15 minute wait. This morning I WATCHED the woman make half of my drink and then start cleaning and restocking inventory. It took another employee to ask me what I ordered for my order to be completed.

Possibly the worst Dunkin’ in New Jersey. Every time I go there, I have a bad experience. I try to avoid it at all costs, but it happens to be one of the closest locations to where I live. I’ve repeatedly waited longer than expected (10-15min) for Mobile orders, and my coffee never seems to come out right. I’ve also watched them mislabel my order as someone else’s as I’m standing in front of them waiting for it. Today, I was across the street in the strip mall, so decided to give it one more shot. I placed a mobile order and waited about 10 min before picking it up. My order was surprisingly ready and “correct”, but was not prepared to normal standards. I received four “wraps” and received three out of the four as pictured. Basically not folded or attempted to be made correctly in any way. Although it’s in a convenient location, I will not be returning here, due to multiple bad experiences.
