I usually don’t write negative reviews but I use to come here when I was younger and we had to wait to be seated because they were so busy back then and food was amazing. NOW when I went into I hop Waiter was nice and that’s the only reason for 2 stars. Food definitely not good as it use to be, you can tell most employees don’t want to be there. It’s honestly kind of sad to see.

Plastic ware not even a spoon for my coffee the pancakes were dry and not like they were before the quality is truly down. The food wasn’t hot when it arrived the server did the best she could but the service is slow. If I could give zero stars I would. My suggestion is to keep driving and find a better restaurant.
IHOP corporation please come in check these low reviewed restaurants out and make the appropriate decisions and changes because they are necessary!

Long time to be finally noticed then an addition 5 minutes to just be sat down. The food taste filled with oil and the pancakes are crumbly and dry. Service definitely could and should of have been better since it was not that busy and all the workers had time to talk about their personal lives.

I got there and the floor was sticky. The bathroom needed cleaning. The wait staff was yelling at the cooking staff the whole hour or so I was there. The wait staff and cook staff used profanity. No manager in sight to tell them to stop. Food wasn't the best, eggs were not cooked all the way. The sausage links were cold and gross. My pepsi tasted flat and sugary. Just not a good place to go.

Food is good. Service TERRIBLE 25 minute wait before getting seated. 10 minutes before we could order food. 45 minutes before our food even came out. Then I asked for another stack of pancakes bc I had endless pancakes. It took 20 minutes for 2 pancakes to come out. Then another 20 for the bill and it wasnt even right. So another 10 for the bill to be right. There was this old lady waitress who was very rude. She Had zero patience with the customers. The room we were seated in was like 75 degrees. Never going there again. Don’t suggest.

Wait staff were just walking around talking to people while I waited to be sat for 10 minutes. The restaurant was empty too! I’m not usually picky but if y’all have time to walk and talk and be picking songs on your phone to play - you can seat one person.

Yikes. Fruit flies swarmed us as we ate our food. The waitress poured strawberry syrup all over my friend’s Canada Goose coat and didn’t apologize. The Belgian waffle was undercooked; the dough made my brothers stomach hurt. Some of us got the wrong order and some of us didn’t get our order for a while. I got the southwest chicken burrito which was pretty good but not worth the poor service. I would spend my hard earned money elsewhere tbh. Nothing wrong with spending a little more for a good experience.
As a dine in experience, I was not only underwhelmed but also felt uncomfortable eating in a grimy environment thus diminishing my appetite. The only way I would return in this lifetime is if I ordered take out but even then I would make sure to arrive 30 minutes later to ensure my food was actually ready.

It was Mother’s Day, so there was a little bit of a wait.
Food was good and hot.
Friendly staff and nice clean atmosphere.
Omelettes and pancakes with hash browns.
Prices are reasonable, for what we ordered.
