Excellent. Have had several menu items. All been very good. If I had to find something that hadn't been perfect I would say Fried chicken was a bit dry but very flavorful. Sometimes the dryness can be due to the chicken, not the cooking. It truly is my new favorite place to eat.
There is nothing better than sharing a good home cooked meal made with love. Unless it's having that meal served up by genuinely real and good folks, Brenda and Doug Jarden.

Only stayed for a few min. While others I met up with finished eating its pretty small off the main highway though Dibble. Was clean and up kept if u want a place quiet and off the main path go find this place.
Incredible hand-battered chicken fried chicken & chicken fried steak, real mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon & onion, and loaded baked potato with real bacon pieces. Homemade desserts: chocolate pie, chocolate cake, and peach cobbler were our choices. This is the real Southern Style Cookin'!
I stopped here while passing through the area and I'm glad I did! From the outside, you wouldn't think it, but this place has great food. I ordered the pepperjack burger, tots, and banana cream pie for desert. Everything was really good and the service was outstanding! The price was a tad high but I would definitely go back. This place is def a "hidden gem".
The service was very good and our server was so nice. I had the cheese burger and my wife tried the chicken fried sandwich they were both very good and fresh. I got their cobbler to go and it was yum also. I will be back to try other things on the menu.
Middle of nowhere it's a small place. The food is great homemade. The portions are big and the specials are a great deal.

Clean little cafe with a cute atmosphere. Had kids meal chicken bites n 1 side. The chicken was well seasoned and cripsy. The peas salad was fresh and reminded me of my moms. The servers were very attentive and quick. Definately coming back to have a real meal and Pie... Did I mention the cakes, pies and home made cobblers..Yum!
Delicious breakfast! I had the okie hash. I've never had anything else like it and I'm so glad I gave it a try. I'll definitely be back!
