Not satisfied with drive through at all. Everytime I would say an item on the menu, the guy would rush me by saying okay is that all right away. I ordered a lot of food but felt rushed while ordering. Parked to eat food and there were no napkins in bag. Tried to go into store to get some only to find the door locked. Not going to wait again in drive through so went without. Very dissatisfied with the service

My stuffed grilled taco had barely any beef. Half the taco was only cheese and sour cream. I wasn't given any napkins and my drink was 3/4 ice. I did get my food quickly and it was all hot. The potato oles were fresh and crispy.

Terrible service seems like no management here. Guy taking order seems stoned the quesadilla look like they dug it out of the trash as pictured they should be embarrassed serving that it went right into my trash. Tacos where cold potatoes oles under seasoned. Also if dinning area is always closed put up a sign at least. Bottom line go somewhere else.

Terrible quality. The person at the window was rude. I didn't receive all of my food, and the food I got was made incorrectly (asked for no sour cream, came with sour cream). Oles undercooked and mixed with oles you'd find at the bottom of the fryer. This place is embarrassing, I'd go to elk river or Cambridge.

I have never been so unhappy with a fast food place in my life!!! First I can't read there menu because I'm blind and it's a million miles away from the curb (not mad about that) so I was apparently taking to long to order because I got the most disrespectful drive thru person I had ever met had an attitude the whole time I was ordering. Then I order a boss burrito with STEAK and I get a beans and rice burrito, then I order a Lipton sweet tea and I get unsweetened tea thee utmost worst experience ever

Ordered a six pack and a pound with no cheese on all the tacos and a grilled stuff taco. Cheese on three of the tacos and one of the tacos basically just had meat on it with a broken shell and cheese melted into the meat. Wife's grilled stuff taco had two huge clumps of non-edible meat in it which made her immediately stop eating. Would you eat this?

Only thing opened is the drive thru. Cashier didn't bother to read back our order so we didn't know if they got it or it was correct or even being made the correct way. I wasn't very impressed the tacos seemed to be just slapped together wasn't the quality if cone to expect from taco John's with taco bell across the street I know where I'll go next time.

Horrible experience. We pulled up to the drive through for an early dinner (we had to miss lunch due to daughters tournament and were very hungry) and sat there for about 5 minutes. We spoke up a number of times, but never received service (indoor seating was closed so we were unable to go in). When we pulled around, we saw a few people inside through the windows, but couldn't tell what they were doing. I have no idea about the food though, just the service.
