Aveda Store is open during covid. But otherwise, it's has everything that Aveda carries.
The retail store is world class!
I look like a lumberjack, yet the beautiful people that staff the Aveda retail store take me seriously the instant I walk in the door.
I am greeted in a cheerful manner, offered a tea and politely asked how I may be assisted. At times, I am offered a small treatment and sampling of a new product. And the sincerity of the staff is very genuine; every attempt is made to fully explore your needs to select the prefect product for your concerns.
I could write on and on about the effectiveness of Aveda products (wow), however this review is focusing on the customer service of the retail store. They achieve an easy 5-star review for their commitment to a word class customer experience.
A word to summarize? Pampered.
And that is a rare thing for a lumberjack.
