Charleys Philly Steaks

My son's favorite fast food. He hasn't stopped talking about the sandwich he got there in July (it's December rn) They don't have gift cards. They also don't have a few things listed on their menu. Though they have no shame about the false advertising they have no problem giving a healthy case of intestinal distress to a mom who only wanted to buy a gift card after waiting half an hour in line and decided the cheesy bacon fries looked good. 😒

Love this place! The chicken philly's are sooooo good and they make the food fresh right in front of you and seem to be very quick about it as well. I like that they have a vegetarian option and their strawberry lemonade is very good. This is literally the only fast food place I will eat at. The fries are good too, not too crunchy, soft or salty...just right. Also, you get a lot of food for your money. --Happy Customer

First time here and we won’t go back. We were treated very badly by a very rude older man who took are order. He was extremely rude and rushed us when we were simply trying to make a normal order and there was no line. No reason to be so rude to customers. Food wise: you get a very small amount of fries and a tiny sandwich.

If you like rude service and soggy food. This is the Charley's to go to. The worse Charley's I've ever been to... they were rude, out of a lot of items and worse of all. The food was very soggy and the fries weren't as great. Last time im going to this one. Prefer to go to other ones for better service

Not many other mall food court options still remain open, so chosen by default. Quality falls short of value for the overall cost of $14 for a meal. Fries were sub-par, sandwich bread tasted old, and sandwich meat had next to no flavor. Quality has continually decreased since this location changed over from Steak Escape. It had been a while between visits already, but I probably won't be back.

The service here was absolutely terrible. Myself and like 6 other people were standing and waiting for our food for quite some time. The two guys at the register were staring blankly into space doing nothing. After a few minutes of them not answering anyone, someone finally asked them loudly if their fries were done. All of us got meals with fries and they hadn't even put the fries down. It was like they were not in their right minds and did not know what anyone ordered. The guy stared at the screen for a minute and a half and slowly walked to the fries like he wasn't sure. I then asked for some ketchup packets and the guy was looking over my head and dropped the packets into the salt and pepper and on the floor. Extremely rude. All of our sandwiches were cold by the time we got our fries. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning here.

Nobody knows about this hidden gem because it's in the Northtown Mall food court and they serve up the best steak sandwiches in the area.... BUT if the owner doesn't WAKE UP and start ordering the products that this place needs - like PICKLES, NAPKINS, FRENCH FRY SALT, customers are just going to go elsewhere. The last 2 times we've visited, they were out of a bunch of stuff you would assume they would have. My son had to walk over to Subway to get pickles (thanks Subway!) I feel bad for the employees, because it's embarrassing to keep saying - sorry we're out of that. To the owner - you're NOT saving money simply by not ordering condiments - you're pissing your customers off. Most customers, when they have a bad experience - they won't tell you... They just don't come back. I just hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears, because I really like this place and want it to be around for a long time.
