Two times I've tried to eat at this establishment and both times my bank but a block on my card. Not sure why, but it is a huge inconvenience for me having to go to the bank and unblock it. I can use my card at any other Wendy's in or out of state and it works just fine. Please fix this issue

I admit. It really a fast food person.
The service is here is really good staff friendly polite I was very surprised I took the spicy chicken burger with fries and a drink the food wasn’t salty at all and the service was extremely fast.
Will certainly think about using them again

Service was fast food was delicious. My salad was made just right and very presentable to eat not just thrown together. Great customer service as there was a line of us truckers waiting to get something to eat.

Wendy’s, more like Waiting. This line issue has gone on too long and I’m finally writing a review about it. The line is never consistent. People cluster on both sides waiting for food because it gets so back up. Several employees and customers saw me walk up with card in hand but continued to let me stand in line behind those that had apparently already ordered...

Always make my order fresh and on point. If they make a mistake cause no one is perfect 100% they make it right. Third shift is more friendly than the others. Always seem happy your there. Others act like its an inconvenience.

Young lady at the drive thru had an attitude and was unfriendly. We asked for extra sour cream, Received none. Frosties were packed and overflowing all over the side of the cups my sons tea tasted spoiled he couldn’t drink it... this will be the last bad experience we have at this Wendy’s.

My cashier (I'm sorry Ms for not getting your name. But I was there on 10-30-2020 btwn 2-3pm), was outstanding! Not to mention that the food was freshly cooked, & came out in a very timely manner.
