Been here a lot as a student, usually always quick/friendly/accurate with the order.
But today I ordered a sausage McMuffin and they forgot the sausage.

Legit lost my business. Not trucker friendly as they close dining room hours before closing time, nor will they serve you if you're forced by them to walk through the drive through. A little hard to drive a semi through the drive through. But don't worry about the trucks that supply you.

Pretty solid food, but it can get really busy sometimes because of its proximity to the Virginia Tech campus. I wish it was open a bit later, but other than that it’s not a bad McDonalds. The food has never been bad for me personally and it is often a very clean facility. I would recommend for a quick bite to eat in Blacksburg

Great deals when you use the moblie app. Sometimes slow during lunch but other times it is empty and fast.

I love their carmel Frappe's. Add a large fry and you've got a great munchies snack.

It was a busy Sunday morning and the line in the drive thru was long, but they moved everyone through quickly and the employees we interacted with were nice and efficient. They even took an extra few seconds to wipe off the drinks before handing them over. The food was hot and our order was correct, despite having a special request. This is one of the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been to and they are consistently excellent.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. I ordered for curbside pickup. I placed the order at 9:57am. The app said it would be brought to the car within 5 minutes. It didn’t get to the car until almost 10:30am. The food was ice cold and the hot coffee I ordered was iced cold in the hot cup. I tried to call to see if it could be remade. It just rang until someone picked up and hung up 4 separate times. Went inside to be ignored for the next 10 minutes. I left and called corporate with them saying a manager would be calling back. The manager didn’t even call until almost 2 pm. At which time he continues to make excuses for the poor customer service. Tells me to come back in and they’ll remake the food. Told him I didn’t want anything I just wanted the refund since the food had to be tossed. He said to come back and they’d take care of it. Return to get my refund and the kid that was the manager on duty didn’t know what I was talking about, tried to refuse the refund. When I told them I was told to talk directly to him he finally looked at my receipt. Then didn’t want to give me the full refund for the coffee I ordered I had to tell him 2 separate times that wasn’t the correct total. After the transaction was completed he threw the receipt at me. If I could give a negative 17 I would. This used to be a good store. Now the poor customer service and rude staff have ruined coming to this one.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had on either side of the Mississippi, multiple times that I’ve been here I’ve received either attitude or had something wrong with the order. Make sense for a college town but I digress
