Staff was nice. Had the 2 chalupa 1 hard taco meal. the shells were stiff and chewy, could tell they were older. I came back in with my bag and they changed them with a fresh batch that just came up, and they were KIND about it! Lately at other fast food places, if something is wrong and you address it, they treat you (the customer) like you are wrong. So this was a pleasant experience with them correcting the error and doing it graciously! Thank you!

When did fast food start to cost so much? To feed a family of 4 on soft tacos & bean burritos it cost $45+. That's just crazy... especially considering they messed up our order & gave us no sauce after we paid extra for it. From now on if my family wants Mexican food I will take them for a sit down meal for less money..

My chalupa had a hair in it when I opened it. I tried to call for 20+ minutes and kept getting a busy signal so I drove back to get a refund and sat in line for a total of 40 minutes

The help was great. The food not so much. Got cinnamon twist. They were cooked in rancid grease!! All the fast food places I've been in the last 5 or 6 months were terrible!

I normally never have any issues at this location. But I had ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunch and a soft taco. Unfortunately I received one cheesy crunch and there is no way to call cause the line is always busy.

Very very disappointed service has just got worse and worse over the years ; y'all can't seam to get an order right after 2 attempts and y'alls store hours is a mess I highly don't recommend this location tunnel road is much more sutible, and how is this supposed to be nacho chips

Hit or miss for sure!!! Sometimes great, sometimes not. The other day they were out of chicken, lettuce, soft shells, and cheese sauce. Then what the heck am I supposed to order?! Lol. I feel bad for the staff though.

I've been trying to get breakfast here for over a month now and can never get it. It says they open at 8 a.m. and I am always sometime between 8:10-8:20. The employees either won't take your order or are outside on the phone and say that the food won't be ready for another 30 minutes. The whole morning staff should be replaced.
