Moved out of state, come up with family. Remember we ate here 5 years ago and good the service and food was, so I recommend it to the family. I was so disappointed. The service was the worsted, as we waited for the food to come the waiter never come back to check on us, never refilled the coffee. When receiving our food, that is when the waiter ask if we need anything, I had to ask for the shrimp my husband had ordered extra with his meal, and refill on coffee my husbands order had a salad that we didn’t receive until, I had to ask for it after We received our food. Waiter never came back to ask how everything was. We had ordered the lobster and steak the lobster was overcooked. When talking with waiter about the lobster, he said I will get a manager, he never tried to take care of the problem by asking at that time for a replacement. Talked with the manger, which was not very friendly, she asked if we wanted new lobster, but by the time the manger came over we was finishing up. So we said no. Went to pay they never took the lobsters off the order. I was a waitress am my husband was a cook so we know how the business runs and I know about being shorthanded but the service and the food was the worst. Can’t believe, how a restaurant was so good service and food, went down to being so bad at it all.

I ordered a steak to dine in and wanted to order a different side meal to go. Not only am i not allowed to-go order, customers “not allowed to order more than one entree.” That’s Absurd! Even if I only ordered one meal and wanted to take the rest home, it’s not allowed. You’d have to roll it up in s napkin and sneak it out. They literally hate money. -5 stars. I almost walked out without dining at all. But I don’t care how good the service or food will be, they don’t deserve the business.

It has been one of the better dining experiences up there recently. The restraint is dated and awkwardly laid out, but the food was fantastic. So much better than some of the bland cafeteria food we have experienced up there. We had Wagu Steak and Lobster and Chicken Alfredo. We were comped, but it wasn't horribly expensive on the menu for what it was.
