Simple Simon's Pizza

Highly disappointed in today’s visit. We went to have the lunch buffet. There was only a couple mostly gone pizzas when we arrived at 11:45am. We requested a pizza and a calzone be made. We waited 20 minutes for the food to be made. I also witnessed the employee eating the pepperoni while preparing the pizza for the oven. Also they had a child in the back. Very unprofessional all around. I would also like the add that other than one old man, we were the only 4 people on the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy.

Was not going to post this 3rd times a charm review but as I was leaving some little boy came outside to scream "do not come back" which Is why I am posting my review, not only has it taken 10 to 20 minutes longer than stated the 3x's I've ordered here since moving to Bixby 14 months ago, it's always wrong, called tonight and was told, I am so sorry we are putting you a new one in the oven right now, doesn't look new or have a buttery golden top and parmesan on top like the calzones you get from every other simple Simon's that also have at least 1 adult on site to keep the children from running their business in to the ground. I will not go back. I also was not offered the refund that I was repeatedly told on the phone I would receive, I didn't want the money back, I wanted what I ordered. I will drive to Glenpool where they know what customer service is and know how to make a calzone correctly!

Lost order when ordered from parking lot, also they do not have the deals that they show online. Waited 30 minutes for the order like they asked. I do not live in town so had to quickly find an alternative for dinner. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality service even for quick pizza. Little Ceasars would be better even though the pizza isn't great at least you know you are getting what you ordered.

I would have given zero stars but it was not an option. Placed an order tonight on the Simple Simons website and received confirmation at 5:10 pm. At 5:12 pm we received a call letting us know they were out of jumbo and would we accept two mediums, why yes we will. At 6:20 pm called the location and was told our pizza was coming out of the oven, at 7:00 pm, still no pizza. Called the location and the assistant manager was more worried about not taking any responsibility, told us it was Door Dash. WE DID NOT USE DOOR DASH! Then argued over where we live and now we have no dinner and a RUDE AND IGNORANT assistant manager, we can't get a refund until tomorrow. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It's good that Bixby is growing, maybe we can get somewhere besides this terrible place. They also will not put you in touch with the manager or owner.

TRASH!!!!!!! I just ate lunch. Got there all pizza was cold except the Supreme. Ate a plate of what I could actually make myself eat. Calzone was good. Tried to go get more. Was empty.... all pizza was cold at this point. Nothing fresh coming out either. I waited 10 Mims seeing if anything fresh was going to come out. Nope all call in orders. Asked the guy about more calzone. He said we can make some qnd put it out. It will be about 20 mins... I laughed. Told him I get 45 mins for lunch man. I can't wait another 20 mins for fresh food. Before I walked out I asked where a manager was?... they said she's sick and will be out a few days. Waste of $10.... did I mention I went through taco Bueno for a couple party burritos afterwards because I was still hungry... and couldn't even get my money back.... I see why it's called simple simons... simple people... that can't simply make pizza... again... TRASHHHHHH!!!!! I'll be the guy holding a sign while eating a sandwich I pack for lunch for now on. Sign will say " THIS PLACE IS TRASH"... With their logo drawn on it. Cuz I'm bored on lunch and plan on warning others. Worst pizza experience in my life hands down... smh

So I always try to give the benefit of ordering 2 or 3 times from a place to give them an opportunity to make sure an error is just a singular issue and not the norm. That being said 3 orders 3 bad issues. Ordered the cookies and they were terribly burnt not just 1 but both. Ordered o e of there speciality pizzas the 6 meat and it came with just a normal smaller sized pepperoni pizza. Also Ordered the garlic bread sticks and got cheese sticks. Will not use them again its totally ridiculous that orders are being this wrong. Need to do better if you as a resurant expects to make it.
