Ginna's Cafe

Awesome selection of top brands but priced crazy high. Wouldn't mind paying top dollar for top of the line items if I weren't followed around like I'm stealing everything in sight ALWAYS. It's a bit ridiculous, every time no matter what I wear. The shoe selection is pretty good but would be better if any of the employees knew anything about what they are selling.

It is nearly impossible to get help from the people in the shoe department. We stood there waiting for someone to help, but it never happened. The workers are there all over the place. Even when we asked for help, they made it seem like it was a problem, turned around, and went back to the back without asking my shoe size. I can get boots/shoes anywhere. So much for supporting local. If they can't hire people who are willing to help, maybe they should just set the boxes of shoes out for people to find their own sizes.

We love going to this store because their staff genuinely wants to help you and are always so friendly, from the most veteran employee down to the younger hires. Their selection is continually expanding and they carry so many different brands. If you can't find what you're looking for at Scheels, then it doesn't exist ;) Glad to have this in my hometown!
