Was bummed out, went twice this week the first time my Whopper wasn't all I remember it was, it was just a regular burnt Burger on a bun with a piece of lettuce. Second time I went back to give it another try the lobby was closed at 3:00 p.m. disappointed to say the least, at least the fanta icee was good. Tiny and overpriced but good.

Consistently hot, freshly cooked food, typically at the expense of drive-thru service speed. Most common complaint is occasional a la carte items being left out of the bag.

this is a no for me... once upon a time.... 5 stars.. but, so many better burgers are "out there"... don't waste your time or money.

Good food. But anytime I ask for extra ketchup, or extra Mayo or whatever on anything I order, I get the opposite. Burgers are fantastic but dry to me. Plus I like a lot of sauce on my food, which is why I always try to ask for extra. Never works though, that request is always ignored.

Went through the drive through, almost midnight, staff was still very nice!!, had to work late..thanks for still being opened.

If you plan on going through the drive thru, expect to wait at least 5 minutes

I have been in the food industry for 12 years and they have the most incompetent staff I have ever seen I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich with three people in front of me

The service is very slow and the staff didn't acknowledge my presence for at least 5 minutes. There were no smiles, no greetings, no Have a nice day...nothing. Other Burger King's have been friendly, but this one is bad. I've been in there several times picking up food for someone else and they are the same every time.
