This DQ needs more help now. Product was great as always but I felt very sorry for the two kids trying to keep up with a line that was 8 to 10 people deep the entire time I was there.
Pay more, hire more or you will lose the help you have Mr. owner .

Waited in line for 15 minutes, Ordered a blizzard. 20 minutes later I confronted the workers about my missing order since everyone behind me in line had been served. They apologized and made my blizzard and gave me a free token for a sunday. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is the fact that my blizzard was good even though it took 45 minutes to get.

Food is usually good, but the prices are becoming outrageous. Everything seems to get more expensive every time I come here, while the portions keep shrinking. There was only 3 people working when I came here during rush hour on a Sunday evening, and I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to end up being overcharged by an employee who had no clue how to operate the register. Whoever made my sundae also didn't know what they were doing, because they put all the chocolate topping on one side of the cup and didn't even try covering the ice cream.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. My chocolate syrup was not mixed in all the way and my blizzard was melted. My friends Oreos were also very stale and we did not pay over $10 for horrible service and food.

New owners change system for waiting on customers. You get in line and give the clerk your order,pay for it and then are directed to another window where you wait in line again to get your order. They had one order taker and one person actually filling the order. Super slow system. The order taker stood around while the other person filled orders after about 15 minutes the offer taker finally helped fill the orders. Took me 20 minutes to get one chocolate dipped cone.

I would like to start out with the fact this is my first negative review.. EVER. I don't like to leave these type of reviews, but last night at this Dairy Queen location I experienced an event that will take a while to forget. The man running the till, rang up an elderly gentleman's order incorrectly. As the elderly gentleman went to pick up his ice cream, he proceeded to explain that it wasn't what he ordered. At this point, the manager began yelling at the man she was training on the till, basically calling him stupid. She then told the elderly man he would have to pay AGAIN to get his ice cream if he wanted it correctly. The elderly gentleman was confused and upset, and the manager proceeded to yell at him to make up his mind on whether or not he was going to pay again and get his correct ice cream or not. It broke my heart. This is not how training or customer service goes. I hope to see this addressed as this has always been a favorite dairy queen, and nobody deserves to be treated in that manner.

My family has been going to the Broadway DQ for decades. The other day we had the absolute worst service of my life. Youngest ordered a cherry dipped cone that shoved into a bowl with the red “shell” in liquid form and got all over his hands when he went to pick it up. It’s like the person did not want to take the time to let the stuff harden up. Complained right away and got $.50 off a new cone. Also order 4 blizzards that were more liquid than ice cream. My daughters wasn’t even fully mixed. And most of all I spent close to $30 for this!!!
The young lady “helper” seamed embarrassed while the manager throw a fit and yelled at my wife when she complained about the blizzards.
