In Bishop California on Hwy 395 you'll find the Whiskey Creek Restaurant. We never dined there before, it was late and they were pretty much the only ones open.

We were promptly and warmly greeted and seated. Our waitress was super friendly and pleasant! She answered all of our questions.
I ordered steak which came with nicely seasoned gravy and mashed potatoes and freshly cut seasoned not overly cooked squash.
YUMMM!
My wife ordered shrimp thai soup. The shrimp were plentiful and fresh, not over cooked. The soup itself was pretty good, but not as good as a Thai restaurant. We would order again.
For dessert we ordered Key Lime pie. The crust was very good! The pie was excellent!
We would definitely hit the Whiskey Creek Restaurant again.

A very comfortable place, specially if you’re on the road and just passing by, it’s a great place to eat and rest. It was incredibly delicious and the price was right. We ordered Beef Curry Panang and Asian Chicken Salad. The service was great as well.
My dad has to often drive around the state for his job and he said he would make sure to stop by when his in the area. That’s how good it was!
Driving through town we looked at the menu and had to try the Sweet Potato cheese cake. 10/10 must try it!! The burgers were also tremendous, fries perfectly crispy and delicious. Service was quick and professional.
Really cool restaurant! The steaks here are the delicious! I've eaten New York steak, and I can really recommend it. The service is really nice too. The place can be busy on fridays and during the weekend after 5 p.m., keep that in mind if you are on tight schedule.
All in all, if you're staying here for even one day, it's worth a visit.
Such a delicious meal! Peter recommended the pork chop and parm crusted chicken and both were spot on. Also, bringing me a refill on a drink before I even asked. Great service and great food. Prices are decent too. Def would eat here again on a future trip
A steakhouse with Tai food. I had the Spicy Basil at a volume 2 spiciness. Veggies were fresh, the sauce was very tasty and the kick was enough to take notice. My husband had half a rack of ribs, he was not as impressed as I was but he ate it all!
Excellent service perfectly cooked calamari, delicious tuna salad and onion rings. Great lunch stop while traveling through.
Food matches the price. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We got a wonderfully large wedge salad, pork chop and breaded chicken. All of the plates were really well balanced. The mashed potatoes filled with carmalized garlic was an amazing side on the pork chop plate. Dessert menu is amazing too

Whiskey Creek has a great selection of food and so far all that we’ve tried has been super tasty and delicious. Staff is great and always around ensuring that our needs are met. Wife and I celebrated our 29yr anniversary here and they totally made sure it was memorable! Thank you!
