I was a bit concerned from some of the previous reviews but I figured a place like this had to be good. The night started with very prompt and courteous valet service. We were seated at our table for six without delay. Our server (Dorothy) was top notch and was assisted by others bringing drinks, food, and refilling water glasses. The calamari appetizer was one of the best I have ever had. Three of us ordered the filet, two got the Ahi Tuna, and one order of the scallops. All were excellently prepared and presented and nothing was left on the plate. Yes we were all full but the food tasted so good. After dinner we went up to the cigar bar for a smoke and more libations. Service in the bar was outstanding by Tony. The valet moved our car prior to our departure and kept it warm during the evening snow. This was an excellent dinner for all of us. We plan on making another visit in the summer when we can enjoy the outside patio.
Dave, Gabby, Vera. Been coming for years and it’s always great and we r treated like family. The people watching is epic, the service amazing, best wine list in town by far and the food has always been great but nowadays has a more contemporary vibe thanks to the chef. Thanks for taking great care of us last weekend.
Had a great dinner with my family for my Father's Birthday. Me and my dad got the wagyu steak dinner. Holy cow, no pun intended, was it delicious. Thr lobster Mac a asparagus were perfect compliments. Such a bummer this place will be closing soon.
Love Big 🪨Rock. Outstanding service and food. We sit at the bar sometimes and just stop in for a drinks 🍸appetizer or a Dessert. The menu is also great and they have the best steaks in town.
Made reservations for 6pm, we got seated a little early which was great, valet your car for sure. Mitchell was our server, he was very punctual and great. Calamari appetizer was fabulous, fillet entre was delicious. The house cheese cake was some of the best I've had. Will be back.
We spend one of the best Valentine’s Day here. We had great food and service. Dave is the best, he took care of us and we just tho he’s amazing . The building looks like a castle 🏰 . Love it !
Food is the best! Beautiful ambiance! Love the decor! Service is brilliant! Parking is easy and valet is available at all times as well! Loved the place!
If you haven't been here, you are running out of time! Sadly, it will be closing on 12/30/21. The food here is awesome and so is the service. It's a great place for a dinner outing where you know you will enjoy your food. You won't find a better prepared steak! The ambience is also great. If you are into cigar bars, there us one upstairs with all the ambience and atmosphere you could ever want. Drinks are superb and there is a walk-in humidor where you can select cigars for purchase.
So, I went because I know someone that works there and decided I wanted to take the wife and daughter along with sister in law for a decent meal. I really wanted a tomahawk and didn’t see it on the lunch menu so I asked for the steak menu which it wasn’t on there either, finally i just asked the server if she had tomahawks to which she said yes we usually run specials but we can do one...., look, I’m all for an $80-90 steak with a la carte, but I got my bill and it was $125.... should have been the best thing I’ve ever had but it was just ok- sticker shock had me like whoa !
