Ordered an online order from the Pizza Hut Montevallo location and the representative or GM from the store called back and was very rude. They didn’t have any items we wanted to order and was very disrespectful we came to the window for pickup to pick the order up and the lady said they canceled out
My pizza was made like I asked. It was hot and ready at the time Pizza Hut said it will be ready. It was an easy process to walk in, give my name, and they gave me my pizza with the receipt.
The staff was amazing and extremely helpful, despite there only being two people there to handle all of the orders. The pizza and pasta were fantastic. This location should make things easier for their workers by hiring help.

2 stars because only one guy was working. I imagine he was doing the best he could. Food just wasn't good. Pan crust was what I can only describe as "flat" not fluffy and chewy as usual. Picture is of the wings I ordered.
Get my order right. I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. 1 supreme 1 pepperoni. I got the supreme but the other was just cheese. Thankfully my grandmother enjoyed the just cheese pizza.
