I have not ever had an issue until today. I ordered 2 pizzas on the value menu and used points for a free 2 topping medium. Total was 15.40. Gave my son 20 dollars to pick them up after he picked up his sister from school. The lady at the Roebuck location charged him 21.98 which I have no idea how she came up with because my online order had to say 15.40 like the statement I received. Had a conversation with my son about checking receipts because I sent him a copy of mine before he left the house. Also told him to not be naive and trust because people will cheat you if they're not questioned. I filed a complaint online and called. Can't have the extra money and my points. I ain't tha one!

Ordered an online order from the Pizza Hut Montevallo location and the representative or GM from the store called back and was very rude. They didn’t have any items we wanted to order and was very disrespectful we came to the window for pickup to pick the order up and the lady said they canceled out order without letting us know and we already had driven to the location. Would recommend no one to visit this store.

My pizza was made like I asked. It was hot and ready at the time Pizza Hut said it will be ready. It was an easy process to walk in, give my name, and they gave me my pizza with the receipt.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful, despite there only being two people there to handle all of the orders. The pizza and pasta were fantastic. This location should make things easier for their workers by hiring help.

2 stars because only one guy was working. I imagine he was doing the best he could. Food just wasn't good. Pan crust was what I can only describe as "flat" not fluffy and chewy as usual. Picture is of the wings I ordered.

Get my order right. I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. 1 supreme 1 pepperoni. I got the supreme but the other was just cheese. Thankfully my grandmother enjoyed the just cheese pizza.
