My wife and I were driving through town and saw Jason and his team, Rocky & Marc at Main Channel Brewery in Guntersville, AL a few weeks back, it took about half a second to decide to stop when we saw Crawfish were the subject matter of the evening. We stopped by and we were not disappointed in the least. Not only was the food good but the service was top notch. These guys are going places! PS I’d never had gator sausage before, and it’s sad to say I’d realized I’d been missing out all this time. Thanks guys for the tips and great food looking forward to seeing you in town again!

Ordered Crawfish 2x from Red mountain. 1/2 sack of crawfish on Mother’s Day and a full sack the next weekend. Crawfish were fresh, alive, and large size!

Great quality crawfish and amazing people. Bought fifteen pounds of washed and culled crawfish. Only found one dead one and that could have easily been me crushing it in the cooler. Also bought the Lousiana Seafood Boil. Told them it was first time hosting a crawfish boil; he took time to stand over to the side and give me some tips and tricks even though they were busy. The crawfish were a decent price especially with the recent cold snap. Some were the size of small lobsters.
