Nice kfc with 5 star rating food hygiene. Toilet facilities upstairs with disabled toilet downstairs. No toilet paper which is not ideal.

The food is always spot on but don’t go in your dinner hour, you will not get to eat in time for going back to work. The slowest service in the history of ‘fast food’

Standard fast food outlet. I don't think think I'll eat at a KFC ever again. The portions are way too small for the price paid. Table wasn't clean, thankfully the cleaning lady was on duty to help out.

Disgusting is an understatement. The chicken fillet burger was rock hard as was the burger bun. The fries were cold and seemed like they were not fresh. The 2 piece chicken was dry and flavourless. Will not be giving you any further custom

Food is good👍 but poor & slow service. They should serve faster in busy period but seems to be not bothered. Long waiting and that's why people just give up and goes somewhere else.

Absolutely filthy. Was here todaay the disabled toilet is disgusting. Me and child left because of it. Will be reporting it to council. Milkshakes are always off staff are rude. Needs shutting down this one or a major change or new manager... whos suppose to clean the toilets.. pure filth ergh it wasn't star city one it was bham city centre and don't no why it's came up as a picture because it was video I uploaded 👍

The reason why this place only got 3 stars is due to the following reasons;
1. There is only 1 till point, therefore you will be waiting a long time.
2. You can't order via the app at the moment for this store.
3. The seating area upstairs is closed, therefore when the restaurant is busy it is difficult to find seating.
4. I also think the online orders via Ubereats is being prioritised over waiting customers.
