Life Touch Massage was blessed to have the opportunity to be served by Chef Andrea Craig Foster and The Preservery Bham Restaurant at our annual meeting. Andrea is a gracious chef with delicious cuisine. We were served Jerk Chicken, Forbidden Rice Pilaf and Plantains Foster which were all excellent. My first time having plantains and they were so good. At another event held at Negro Southern League Museum I had the opportunity to experience Preservery’s Gumbo. This was hands down the best Gumbo I have ever tasted. The Preservery Bham restaurant has the best southern style gourmet food along with a friendly and talented chef. What more can you ask for?.

Chef Andrea is able to transform food into dishes that are comforting and refined. Have you ever had food that makes you close your eyes and meditate on the flavors so that you can savor the experience?? Well, Chef Andrea and the Preservery Bham provide memorable food offerings that you'll want more and more. Her gumbo transports you to New Orleans; the Jerk chicken, forbidden rice, and plantains are Caribbean delights; her chicken meatballs and beautifully dressed salads are light and refreshing....but don't take my word for it. Create your own food memories with Chef Andrea and the Preservery. I highly recommend it!

Random walk in. We were in the area and thought it looked like a nice place. We ended up having some excellent fried and dry-rub coated fried chicken meal and an excellent cheesecake/sweet potato pie dessert. We've added this to our list and will definitely come back when we are in town again. I believe his name was Ian who provided excellent help and suggestions.

We went tonight. The service was great. Everything was outstanding. We had two appetizers, that were incredible. The entrees of Shrimp and grits was outstanding. Not your typical recipe. My husband had the jerk duck I tasted it and rice. Oh my goodness, so delicious. We topped it off with a slice of sweet potato cheesecake. WOW. Was there with our son and daughter in-law aka Bham good critic. We were all throughly impressed and will definitely go back. If you love good food of fine dining quality but a casual atmosphere this is the place for you

It was our first time dinning at the Preservery , the service ,food and wine were five star . We'll be coming back with a larger party next visit.
