We had an amazing experience. The customer service was amazing. The manager (I think her name was Cheryl or Cherie) went above and beyond with my son's party! I sincerely appreciate all of your help.

We had a blast. It was around 5 on a Saturday afternoon, and the service was quick and courteous. The manager was attentive and walking the floor, working as hard as everyone else, which for me is a big deal. The pizza is definitely not what it used to be. I walked in expecting the cardboard of years ago. It was some of the best pizzas that I've ever eaten. It is more expensive than it used to be, which is why I only gave the 4 stars. Everything else was 5.

I can’t thank you enough all of the staff members from the general manager Ambria and down all by their names you doing great job keep this place full of fun and joy for kids, me and my family never stop having fun in there, always there is someone helping us and make our experience different.
You make our kid want to be back every time we visit and the fun never stops over there.

I enjoyed the many different video games, but I did not like how long it took to "check in" with your child and "check out". I do appreciate the precautions taken to protect the children, but I do feel someone should be designated for that job in specific for a smoother experience. My child loves to visit this location.

Today was our first time in a very long time, and we will definitely be back. Mrs.Sherry went over and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. She was extremely patient answering questions and explaining the menu to everyone. The entire staff had a great attitude and actually looked like they enjoyed their job. Not to mention, the entire place was very clean and all the games worked.

We were there for a birthday party! Everyone had a great time, it was clean, the staff was friendly. The last time I was there we didn't get a chance to see Chuck E, but he came out this time and the kids had a blast. There were a few broken games, but everything can't be perfect. All in all we had a wonderful time with the wonderful staff!! Thank you all! Keep up the good work.

Had a blast! SURPRISINGLY VERY CLEAN. I figure there would be at least a cup or two that got kicked around, but no! Staff was patient and kind, even in the face of upset patrons. But most importantly, the kids had a large selection of games, that all were in great working order. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to take the kids for a night of their own.

My son had a wonderful time here today!! I purchased the 60 minute/ unlimited games card for $25. Everything was well maintained, and cleaned regularly. We will definitely be back.
