Firehouse Subs

If you go during the day it’s usually fine but the night shift is awful.. this time we walked in and everyone turned to look at us and didn’t acknowledge us for a good minute. I had to ask if it was okay to order. Everyone just proceeded to stand around and stare at each other awkwardly.. it felt like we weren’t supposed to be there. There was no one in front of us and it took a good 20 minutes just to make one sandwich. Whole thing was weird and awkward but at this point I expect something to go wrong if I go during the night shift.

Nothing really to share. Stood waiting to have my order taken for a very long time. Was completely ignored along with another customer Employees never acknowledged us, but answered the phone multiple times and went about their business while disregarding people standing right in front of them. Definitely won’t be back. Went to Zoe’s instead and received better service and better food

This location was NASTY AF. NOone acknowledge me when I entered the location. Wait over 2 minutes before I was help and there was NO ONE else before me or even there.... WoW 😮 POOR SERVICE!!!! So I was hungry and wanted something by different. Tried this sorry place again. And realize why I don't eat here. My sandwich NOTHING LIKE I REQUESTED or order.
