The bread was delicious as always. We had the turkey burger and the veggie burger. They initially messed up the turkey burger details, but they were quick to fix it.
I asked for extra aioli for my burger, which made all the difference. It was delicious, as were the fries, like always. Only complaint was that both burgers needed salt.
We had the salted caramel cheesecake, which is one of our favorites there. It was very rich, so much so that we couldn't even finish it. No regrets on ordering it though.
Make sure you leave room for a cheesecake at the end. The portions are huge and the menu is about 10 pages. They basically serve anything you can think of and they are all delicious. If you love chocolate make sure to choose the 30th anniversary cheesecake!
Mmm....love the chicken alfredo. The sauce is amazing. Of course, the cheesecake is delicious juce slices. The outside view is beautiful......
Usually chains capitalize on the brand, but this Cheesecake Factory builds their own reputation. Fast service, awesome food, courteous staff. You have to be prepared for the extremely long waits on weekends.
Only my second time there I got the cheeseburger on sourdough bread big enough to split very good w The service was good food came out quick we only had about a 10 minute wait.
Went there Saturday night around 8pm service was good food excellent. I had the Jamaican black pepper shrimp was excellent. We were a large group of seven plus a high chair sitter. Everyone had a great experience. Only reason not a five was the child in our group got kids meal they brought an regular meal set it down in front of the child and came back two minutes later and took it back saying it was for another table , they did have the correct one with them but we wondered if they just took it to the other table ?

We visited the Cheesecake Factory in Birmingham last week with 34 middle school children in tow. We were quickly seated and bread and butter was on the tables. Our servers were Jonie and Ryan. I know how frustrating children can be especially at this age but these two server made this look like a walk in the park. We never ran out of anything and our food came out fairly quickly for such a large party. The only criticism I may have is everyone in the restaurant seemed rushed and nobody was having fun. I would like to commendRyan and Jonie on a job very well done. I will bring my family back and alternate between these two servers.
Very very good! Nice service and good quality building. If you are looking for someplace to celebrate a birthday they have great celebrations for this!
I like this restaurant. Every time I visit I order the same thing; however, the best service I get is at the bar. I've never had superior service from a server on the floor. On my birthday, a quarter of my steak was thrown away because he "assumed I was finished"; I've had someone carry my plate to me with their thumb touching my food. All I ever order to eat is a salad (water to drink), and that costs me $20 with a small tip--- $25 with a decent tip. The prices are outrageous, and the entrées I've had are "okay" at best. (Although, the latest entrée made me sick so I have stuck to ordering my usual salad again.) The bottom line is, for the service provided on the floor and the subpar meals put out, the prices could be lower.
