Papa Johns Pizza

I usually like Papa John's. However, this is the first time I've gotten a pizza where it looked like the prep cook couldn't care less. The toppings we're clearly all just thrown on without regard. We had basically one slice with all the toppings. That's to bad. Hopefully they'll do better next time. Sorry for the late photo. Kid snagged a piece before I could get a look.

I must appreciate to the manger. We ordered bbq chicken pizza, but somehow we have got bbq pizza without any meat. We didn't notice and left the place. But later found the missing things. Once we went back and told them, he gave us a fresh chicken pizza along with the old one. Thats a really kind and appreciated. We gave the extra pizza to hotel manager to give away those who need it.

We Ordered delivery and was told the wait was an hour. We waited about an hour and 15 minutes to call and check on the order and was told that the driver called our number (we never got a call) and that whoever answered the phone said that they didn't ordered any pizza. Mind you we prepaid for the pizza. So common sense would say check the number that you called since the pizza was pre paid for. We talked to the manager who says "why would you wait so long to call and check on your pizza?". At that point we didn't even want it anymore and we cancelled the order. So unprofessional! Will never go there again.

So I ordered online which I never do because I worked at a pizza place for 4 years. Online can mess up an order. Both of my pizzas were wrong so I called the store. The manager was awesome and made our pizzas again right away and when we got them they were beautiful and perfect! It was a Friday night which I know is crazy for a pizza place so mistakes happen. But I'm sure it was the internet fault. But the Manager and crew did a great job to fix the mistake

We ordered online and picked up. When I went in the store it was filthy looking. All the workers were gross with food all over their shirts. Nobody was wearing gloves or masks or hair nets. Then got my pizza home and had hair all in it. Will NEVER come here again. I called and requested another pizza and I could hear them talking about me when they asked me to hold on so I was scared they’d do something to the pizza and didn’t get another one. Charging $70 for four pizzas and can’t even hairless pizza.

Ordered pizza and wings through the app. Selected delivery and clearly remember entering my address, as per usual. Got an email that my order was ready for pickup. Called said store only to be placed on hold for 8 min 30 sec. When CSR answered, I couldn’t hear anything do to loud rock music and yelling in the background. Extremely rude male CSR said no problem we’ll change it to delivery but it’ll be 1.5 to 2 hours delivery time. Confirmed my address only to find out I was “out of area.” Mind you, I’m 4.5 miles from said store. CSR only offered to cancel order and told me I’d have to replace order at another store because there was no way I had put in for delivery at his store. I order from PJs frequently, but that’s it....especially after I checked my bank account on line and saw a double charge for the undelivered order and unpicked up order. Scam, rude, and pretentious WASP employee setting a horribly rude example for a once dignified business.
