I’ve been here a few times, the line is always long but they move it quickly and always have a smiling face or something nice to say. Tiramisu was on point, ice cream/shakes are always good and red velvet was kinda dry.

Absolutely terrible service. Charged me for two chili dogs with no chili instead of the hotdog cost. Took 5 minutes just to slap a hotdog on a bun. Rude staff.

The coffee and food is great. It's the service that sucks! The most unfriendly people work there. Even the supervisor! It's been like that for years!

Descent coffee, but James Dean microwave breakfast sandwiches for HOW MUCH?!!? let's be reasonable, Winn Dixie sells boxes of the same frozen sandwiches what your charging for 1 (and they are over charging). Is everything frozen? Probably. The only place in the hotel to get coffee, and that's the only thing I would recommend.

Worse place to get late night food!!!!! They never have what they advertise!!!! God forbid you ask them to cook something that should be pre made,.....lmao....they get an attitude!!!! Example; hot dogs..lol...or Chilli cheese dogs...I mean come on...a 7/11 has better customer service and actually has hot dogs available for their customers...lmao....but ip is supposed to be above the bar...lol...shhhhh....definitely not!!!! Now if you are a vegan...and eat dah old salad...well...you are in luck!!!! This place has all you can eat
