Great pizzas! Make your own or pick from their selections. Staff was welcoming and friendly! Very clean dining area! We did pizza and salad and pizza w/cheese bread. Both combos were delicious and we had plenty left over to heat up later.

The price for vegan cheese (plant based) instead of cows cheese (mucus, pus and blood) is ridiculously steep. Other than that their pizza is delicious.

Pizza not cooked the dough was raw. When taken back up the man said can't do anything you bit off it. Asked for a manager, he stated he would remake it. They did not remake the same large pizza then they shoved it into two small boxes. Eat here 4/5 times a month second time we had to ask them to cook the pizza longer to cook the dough from being raw. They treat customers different. Some are given everything and others hardly any toppings. They have some great staff and some really lousy staff. Today was lousy. $40 to not eat a pizza is sad. Customer service lacking and third time we had to deal with the rudest staff member.

This pizza place was inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. I don't do casinos, but I did want to check out the restaurant. The food was excellent, the customer service was A-1, and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. We're visiting Biloxi, MS for the weekend, and it really represents the city well when you go out, and people treat you with outstanding service.
Also, if you must know...no we didn't go into the casino....we're saved...lol. If you come through check out Pie Five Pizza, you won't be disappointed.

This place tonight has had the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. the entire staff was rude as all get out... nobody was running the register we had to wait longer to pay for our food then it took them to actually make it. They had no desserts made and when asked if they could make some for individual slices we were told they were too busy when there were only two people in line.the entire staff tonight were also completely grown. I have had better service from the younger staff on every occasion. The staff that you all have at the hard Rock in biloxi has been a step down and I hope that on our next visit it will not be as bad of an experience as this.

Love it! Perfection every time! Fresh toppings and super tasty Pies. The staff is always friendly and ready to take care of you. Clean and fast service. WONDERFUL pizzas for the price. $$
