I just ordered a famous bowl. No cheese. No corn. Extra popcorn chicken. And im so annoyed. I didnt get more than 2 pieces of popcorn chicken. The lazy workers cut up a chicken strip and put it in my bowl. Kinda pathetic. It really doesnt take very long to drop more chicken guys come on. It was an hour before close. Do better. 😂

I'm getting bummed with KFC. The last several meals we have gotten here have been very dry, not the good moist original recipe I love. I don't know what is happening, but the chicken seems like it was cooked days ago and left on the warmer. The employees have always been nice and the orders are accurate but that doesn't fix bad chicken.

The door dasher that brought my order was very quick and greatful thanks man.
However I eat KFC original recipe all time and the chicken I got neither tasted like it should nor was the battering the consistency that it should have been.
Also maybe it was just me but the chicken kind of smelt funny.
Well see wether I get sick from it or not I guess but this staff needs butter training from a district manager or something because the quality and consistency of the original recipe is not the same.
Three stars for at least including the items requested just wasn't happy with the flavor and quality of the cooked product.

I'm a food delivery person. I came to pick up something, and there were two guys standing by the back door. One, very tall, bleached long hair, I think glasses and vaping. He was talking very loudly and using very inappropriate language. I walked right past them, twice, and he never tried to quiet down, or stop his horrible language. I'm sure glad I didn't have my kids with me.

Terrible customer service skills. I appreciate tye few workers showing up but the lack of respect these kfc workers have for the customer is abundantly clear. They never get the orders right and never tell you the price until you pull up so you don't know what's been added or not added. And when they screw up they never accept the blame instead they act like the customer is wrong. Sorry KFC but here the customer "myself" had never been right and I'm finally reviewing this store and am truly done going there. All kfcs

One of the better locations I've visited. I'm impressed with their speed and the freshness of the food. This is only the third time I've been here, but so far they've done a great job. Keep up the good work, crew 👍
